How can i owe 8,000 from 2012 when i never recieved notice for audits or anything for that year and i got refunds 2013

NEVER RECIEVED NOTICE OF 2012 OWEING 8,000    .RECIEVED REFUND FOR 2013 AUDITED 2014AND 2015 BOTH DEFISIONCEY   OFFSET TO ZERO AMOUNT DUE ZERO.2016 REFUND 547 WENT TO PRIOR TAX OBLIGATION ?? THEN RECIEVED NOTICE STATING OWED 8,000 FROM 0112 ??

Nobody here could answer that since we have no knowledge of your situation.  Since 2012 is well beyond the normal 3 year statute of limitations for the IRS to review a tax return but not beyond the statute of limitations for failure to file, report income or suspected fraud.

You probably should seek a local tax professional that can review your situation and get all of your information for advice.
