TurboTax is printing my forms for filing in this order: Form 8889, Form 8880 and them Form 4562. Shouldn't they be in increasing numerical order?

You might think so but no, it's the government. The forms go in the order of the "attachment sequence" number in the upper right corner underneath the form number.
