Fostering pets and volunteering

I volunteer at a animal clinic, and have been fostering kittens for them. Is all of  that tax deductible? Including the gas from driving to and from the clinic, and providing for the kittens (the food, litter, and bedding all come out of my own pocket)?
If so, what do I need, and where do I input it all?
