So... what do I do when SSA won't recognize me online and says to contact them, the phone wait is over 2 hours, and the field offices are closed because of the Coronavirus. I just finished radiation therapy for cancer and am finally feeling fit enough to do my taxes--except last thing SS sent was an info blurb in Dec.
