I am MN resident attending college and working in WI I did the MN tax for first, (should have done WI) How can I delete MN, do the Wi forms, and then do MN?

You can delete a state return in TurboTax Online, as long as you haven't paid for it yet (or registered in a free version).

Once you have finished working on your Wisconsin return, you can then re-add your Minnesota return.
