Why does my 2016 Turbotax Home and business shut down without warning? It seems to be a Windows problem, not Turbotax.

Turbotax (TT) Home & Business (H&B)  will not run on my PC with Windows 10.  It opens as it should, even allows me to do things, then, just disappears from my screen after around 30 seconds (Task Manager confirms it is not running). I suspect it is a Windows problem because I have tried 2 different disks and the downloaded program, all with the same results.  You should know I have the last 7 years of TT personal products ( previously loaded), as well as the Business (for Corps) they all still work correctly now, as they always have.  Since I have had this problem, I have loaded the 2016 Business product and it has and does work as it should.  Also, it should be known that when I originaly tried to load TT, it required me to update Windows, I did, and Windows otherwise operates correctly.   TT H&B does load on a old and slow (almost useless) computer. Also, note, I have done the update and re-installed the software numerous times. Why doesn't my 2016 TT H&B work properly and continues to shut down?

Still doing the same thing after checking for updates.  I don't get error message - it just disappears!
