I does not let me complete review due to Healthcare error, yet states I don't need to complete healthcare as I an a dependent of parents?

I am under parents as dependent. When I go to Healthcare, it  states "since someone can claim you on their 2016 taxes, you don't have to complete Health Insurance", when I continue to the review it states "not quite finished with Health Insurance" and takes me back to Health insurance, only to tell me I don't have to complete Health Insurance again.

I had the same problem.  I went back to the Personal Info section and changed my answer to the question Can you be claimed by another to No.  I then went to the Healthcare section answered the questions and went back to the Personal Info section and changed my answer back to Yes.  It then allowed me to continue with the Federal Review.
