I'm having problems to understand if I can claim this or not since I moved to Puerto Rico for studying on Aug 2018. I'm working here in Puerto Rico but I still have a house in Georgia which I have it rented and received an income for that house. I reported it on the rentals section but can I claim the EIC since I still own a house un US and my DL is from GA?
