I have an S Corp. My accountant does corp tax return and I do personal filing through TurboTax (I get a K-1). TT says I need TT Business. I've already paid for this one

Which product do I need? And how do I upgrade to Business if I need it?

TurboTax Business prepares income tax returns for partnerships (Form 1065), Sub-S Corps (Form1120S), C-Corps (Form 1120), and Trusts and Estates (Form 1041).

If you get a Schedule K-1 from your S-Corp then you enter information off that Schedule into your own Form 1040 using one of the TurboTax "personal" income tax return products.  You shouldn't be getting any prompts about using the TT Business product.  Either Premier or Self Employed can accept Schedule K-1 input.
