I received my 1099-SA for my HSA account it has my maiden name not my married name. Can I still file that form or do I have to request my name be updated on the 1000-SA

Should I enter my name that is on the form or my current last name ?

If you updated SS with your married name, use that name. Does not really matter what last name is on the 1099-SA, as the IRS goes by SSN

ok thanks, because I was kind of skeptical about that because I don't want to get audited , so I will my married name
