What blank form?  What are you trying to do?   You're posting in an old already-answered thread from 9 months ago.

When you open the donation list, click on the one you wish to print.  In the upper right had corner, there are two symbols.  One is a .pdf symbol.  If you click on it, you can print your donation.  The date, charity, and itemized list of donations with their condition and value will be printed.

But not matter what I do, it won't print full list.

Can't highlight item, so rest of instructions aren't useful.

When you go to that page, the first box is for a summary of your question; i.e., a title, and is limited to 170 characters.  Lower on the page is another box with plenty of room for details.

The margins are too wide and I cannot print the full list. Can this be corrected?

You need to print it in landscape mode. However, the page breaks are all wonky. And it prints all the charities, not just the ones for which you entered a contribution. Would sure be nice to get a clean report.
