"The
Utah State Tax Commission has announced a new e-filing law for employers prohibits them from issuing tax refunds before March 1, unless both employer and employee have filed all required returns and forms."
This decision could cause a delay in your refund.
We will not have information about the return while it is in
processing with the state, so they are usually the best reference for what is
going on with a return after it has been filed. If there is an issue with your
state tax returns you will usually receive a letter in the mail or a message in
their refund tracking tool on the state site.
