Issue with MN Property Tax Refund - M1PR Form

When filing out information for my MN state return, I noticed an issue with the Property Tax Refund-Homeowner section. In this section it states, "You told us you were a MN homeowner in 2015" and then you are asked if all 4 options apply to you. If you answer "Yes", you go to the next screen where you need to verify all the assistance program payments you received (MFIP, MSA, SSI, GA, GRH). You can't proceed to the next question unless you enter in a number larger than "1" even though these assistance program payments are not common for most homeowners. Even though you should be entering a "0" because you didn't receive any payment assistance, you are forced to enter a number larger than "1" in order to proceed with the M1PR form. However, if you leave the field blank and don't enter any number and then and press "Continue", Turbo Tax lets you proceed. You should be able to enter a "0" in this section without running into errors.

Thank you for letting us know about this. Currently the best option is to leave those fields blank if you didn't receive any assistance payments.

I unintentionally checked the box but now I can't uncheck it.  How can I get it unchecked so I stop getting an error?

The program indicated that I was eligible for a property tax refund even though my household income exceeded the allowed maximum to be eligible.  (Max income to be eligible is $68,510.)  Please investigate.

I went back and then left the field blank but was never directed to a M1PR form. This isn't right when you pay for the program and don't get all of the forms. Not very happy.

I also see Turbo tax said I didn't qualify.  However, when I filled out the state form M1PR I got from the state and followed state instructions I did qualify as I have every year in the past.

I did it on turbo tax and it said zero refund. I did it over again on the MN website and I got nearly $1500. first time turbo tax has ever "failed" on me I completed it on the MN website.
