Can you provide an update on when I can expect my payment to post into my account? The IRS website reports my payment was deposited into my turbo tax direct deposit account. (As seen in the attachment). However, my account balance continues to remain 0.00. Im growing increasingly frustrated. I haven't been able to speak to a live person for information with your company. Please update me and provide info on a way I can speak with a live representative to get info.
