Same issue here. Ran taxes at end of January when Form 5695 update was released and everything was working fine (I saved a pdf and can see correct calculations)...
Per your request to notify you if form was still not available by 1/25/26. Just checked to day (1/26/26) and form is still NOT available. Very frustrating!
