The income was reported via K1. I saw another post where I would need to create a separate entry to record the depletion deduction.

Texas has changed its reporting requirements- if you log into the Texas Controllers website, it will guide you to the correct information return

I was able to file the federal only. I will keep on trying for Georgia- hopefully, it will be fixed by the 15th
