I got a copy of the schedule which shows I can expect the software by 3/8/24. It remains to be seen!

I AM IN THE SAME BOAT WITH MY MD RETURN. IF I UNDERSTAND WHAT YOU POSTED, THE PROBLEM SHOULD BE SOLVED BY 2/24/24. IS THAT RIGHT?

I cannot access the MD state return on my PC because I get in a continual loop where it keeps asking me to download the state and then tells me I am up to date ...
