Solved Re: Form 8582 for Virginia filing

Am running into the exact same thing. When I look at the Virginia forms, in the upper right corner of the 8582 it states in bold red letters "DO NOT FILE".

I cannot file my federal or Virginia taxes because of form 8582. I received a notice that the form is ready and available but the TurboTax software will not all...
