Thanks. the income in question is straight salary (same each month +/-) so it is 2 months, or 16% of the year (59 days / 365 days).None of your conditions apply...

Thanks and sorry if I wasn't clear. Because I overrode some entries for the 2nd state return, TTAX won't let me e-file any of the returns. I would prefer not to...
