I'm using a Turbo Tax Live product, but I don't see a button in the upper-right corner that says SmartLook.(See the attached image below.)

Solved it: Turns out the file can NOT be password protect...

Solved it: Turns out the file can NOT be password protected. Once I removed the password from the file the upload worked.
