It did not affect my tax liability. It made a worksheet for each property instead of aggregating them.

Found it! I deleted the QBI worksheet for "XXX Rental Properties" and it appears to have unaggregated the properties.It now says I can file.

Does anyone know how to remove the entire Aggregation mess? I would like to see if it even affects my tax liability.
