I don't know whether TurboTax would ask the right questions to get the credit, but it didn't ask the right questions last year to fill out the dependent care FS...

I'm talking about a Dependent Care FSA; the amount is reported on W-2 line 10 and the amount used is supposed to be reported on Form 2441.
