Ive been using product for over 10 years! and you totally screwed up sending my taxes because your product put in wrong county tax percent. very disapointed that i paid money that the product didnt even work! and now i have to mail my state taxes instead of efile.

True, once in a while things don't get updated properly from year to year.  I suggest you request a refund as they advertise
