Purchased CD of Deluxe Federal & State but cannot use CD. How do I download without paying again?

You'll need to contact our Product Support line. We can push you a download of the program that you purchased for free. If you log into your account and press the Contact button in the upper right corner, you'll be prompted to enter a question. Phrase it stating that you need a download of a product you already purchased. When the agent contacts you, you'll be prompted to provide a code from the cd to verify that you purchased the product, and then they'll be able to send you a download.
