I have two jobs. One of the jobs, I made less than $5,000. Do I need to file this w-2?

Yes. If you are filing, you have to include all income from all sources.

If you are single, and total earnings are under $10,350, you do not necessarily need to file; however, if you had taxes withheld during the year, you may be due a refund if you file. Saying that, once you are required to file, you have to include all income, even if one W-2 was only for $5,000.
