Yes, you can claim all ordinary and necessary rental expenses in any reasonable manner-without duplicating expenses.

To enter rental expenses

·        Type in rental property in the search box, top right of your screen, then hit Enter key

·        Click the jump to rental property link in the search results

·        Follow to prompts and online instructions
