Worst customer service ever

I tried to file my taxes online entered all my information and before I could file it asked me to pay there fee so I paid $118 then I go to click file and it won’t let me the only option it gives me is to file by mail because of my information on an I099 form. I don’t want to do that I’d rather have an in person tax agent do my taxes if that’s the case so I decided to not go forward with filing through TurboTax and requested a refund since I was unable to actually use there service / file my taxes and they refused to give me a refund. I have used TurboTax in the past and never had a problem and probably would have again next year if my I099 for was different but now there is zero chance I will ever use them again. Be warned just pay the extra $20 and so it in person turbo tax is way to much work and money for this type of customer service.
