Work for hospital thru gym. do not officially accept tips. w-2s show no tips. turbotax is not allowing me to record it on form 4137...so how can I get it recorded?

This is how:

• Federal
• Income & Wages
• W2
• Edit the job you are referring to
• Click continue after you see the W2
• There is a list of uncommon situations (see screenshot)....check third one down
• This will generate the form 4137
