Choose NO- If you are referring to the question "Were you covered by any of these plans in 2016?"

Medi-cal is not a Marketplace plan. The purpose of this question is to determine if you have a 1095-A plan and hence have a Premium Tax Credit consideration.

Any plan which provides a 1095-B is an automatic NO.
