Won't go from TurboTax to State Forms

I have finished my federal business entries and have no errors. I went on to the "STATE TAXES" tab. It shows a link to "START" the download or purchase of the "Colorado Partnership Income Tax Return." But when I click on the START button, it never connects. I am certain that I am connected to the internet and all other connections are working just fine. I need to get this filed today. Is there someplace I can get live help? Or does someone have the answer.
