withdrew entire RMD and rolled over entire amount (CARES ACT) is 8606 required??

Took whole RMD for 2020 and later found out about the CARES Act provision that RMD for 2020 was not required.  Two months later I redeposited entire amount withdrawn.

Do I have to file IRS form 8606 with mu 2020 tax return??
