When I get to the section in the medical deductions after the spent on medical professionals, the application freezes and will not let me go further to enter more deduction data. What must I do to correct this?

If you are using TurboTax online, first try clearing your cache and cookies then sign back in and revisit the Medical section.
If you are using the desktop program, close out of the program. Then open back up and let it run the updates before revisiting the medical section.
