WIN 11 Turbotax 2022 update not working

I installed Turbtax 2022 from the CD on a Samsung Gram 17 laptop.    Turbotax 2022 updater stopped working.  

 

I opened turbotax 2021  update still works.   I am looking for solution.  Same error occured on Win10 computer with turbotax 2022.

Updated Turbotax 2022 manually.   Won't let me file federal or state taxes online.   Produces file validation error.
