If you are using the Turbo Tax Phone Application, I would recommend that you try opening Turbo Tax using a browser window on your phone. It will be using the same login information but you may be able to move forward once you try this. You can also try the following if you are on a computer and this is not the problem.
If you are stuck (such as the system will not advance), this is usually an internet connection issue or a computer issue. To fix this issue:
1. Log out of your Turbo Tax account.
2. Clear your cache, history and cookies.
3. Log back into your account.

also try another browser after closing out of the one you are currently
using. If you are stuck for another reason, and I misunderstood, please
