Why would a 1099 DIV imported from Fidelity Brokerage fill the form payer name as National Financial Services LLC instead? My paper form says Fidelity.

On the right side of the paper form, doesn't it say "Payer's Name and Address: NATIONAL FINANCIAL SERVICES LLC"? That's the actual payer for Fidelity Brokerage Services, and that's what's filed with the IRS. Leave it the way it was imported.
