Why won't Turbotax allow me to pay with credit card?

I was able to pay the Turbotax fee with my credit card, however, when I try to pay my taxes, the credit card page flashes then changes to a page that says, "Oops! It Looks like we hit a snag". I cleared cache, cookies, used a different browser...with no new results.

Yes, if you are having trouble paying your tax due through TurboTax, just pay it directly to the IRS. 

Here's how to pay the IRS directly:

1. Start here.
2. Select Pay Now by Card or Digital Wallet.
3. Select one of the three payment processing services.
4. Follow the on-screen directions to complete your payment. 

The payment is matched with your return by your Social Security number, so the IRS will know what the payment is for.
