Why won't TurboTax accept my correct?

I'm filing and fixing my Utah return, when towards the end of the whole process TurboTax is asking me to "Check This Entry" on Form TC-40W(1) saying my UT Withholding ID number must be corrected, but I've corrected it several times and double-checked my W-2 and its absolutely correct. It has all 14 characters, ending in WTH with no hyphens. When scrolling down to see the error, next to the line item it seems TurboTax has added an extra "H" to the line. So, I've tried entering it without this "H" on my end and it still won't be accepted. Why won't TurboTax accept this? Has anyone else run into this issue?

You must use lower case wth.  From Income Tax Withholding - Utah Income Taxes - Utah.gov:

For payer ID:  The Utah withholding account number is a 14-character number. The first eleven characters are numeric and the last three are “wth.” Do not enter hyphens. Example: 12345678901wth. The program wants lower case for wth.

If there is no state withholding, you can delete the entire state line.
