Why won’t the submit now button work?

I’m trying to submit my payment to turbo tax so I can move on to file taxes and it won’t work. I tried explorer, edge, the app and going through credit karma that takes me to intuit

Please try clearing your cache first. Then log back into TurboTax Online and try again. This may clear the error and allow you to proceed.

I need to not file my buisness this year due to me not having no income this year I worked and recieved a w2. Need to remove it please help
