Why won't the government give me my pin number? Why did they force me to have one?

Why am I forced to have a pin number? I watched the video the video said it was voluntary. I never volunteered for this. It's very inconvenient it causes all kinds of problems and I don't want no part of it what part of that do they not understand. My thoughts is we have a lot of child molesters that run in this country. And they want to screaming out of my income tax money so I can pay immigrants to bring them and their kids. That's why you have so many immigrant kids that are missing. I think that they purposely won't send me my PIN number because they want to scream me out of my income tax. I think that you guys won't help me because this is probably the 4th or fifth time I've posted asking for help and haven't gotten it. I wonder how much of a cut you guys get? What do I got to do to get my income tax? I don't want to have to get ugly but I can if I have to

The IRS determined that you are at risk of identity theft and assigned you an IP Pin to protect your identity.   You normally receive a letter around January with the current IP Pin number.  You can get the number from the IRS by verifying your identity with them.
