There should have been a question asking if you got your insurance from the Marketplace.

TurboTax Free does not support Premium Tax Credit. However, if you answered yes to having market place insurance coverage you would have been asked if you wanted to upgrade to complete your tax return. Then you would be asked about your 1095A information.
