Why no premium tax credit if click "pay from my self-employement income"?

I didn't receive premium tax credit. When I enter the info from 1095-A, credit is added to tax return counter however, when I click "pay from self-employement income", all credit disappears. When I try to un-check "pay from self-employement income", system keeps on logging me out. Is this some kind of bug?

You can't 'double dip' and receive  credit for premiums you paid both on the PTC and as a Business Expense, which may be what you are seeing.

You could Delete your 1095-A entry and re-enter it if your issue is not resolved.
