Why isn't there a drop down menu on the left margin? after every entry, it keeps going back to the home page and I'm so pissed its 3am and this format is horrible.

This format can't be correct because it making me search in the blind to find pages! what is wrong with this??? using on my laptop, about to pitch it out the window.

Please try the following steps

1. Log out of Turbo Tax.
2. Clear your cache and cookies
3. Delete Cache & Cookies
4. Close Turbo Tax 
5. Shut down the computer
6. Re-start your computer
7. Re-open the browser and log back into Turbo Tax.
   • You can also try a different browser as well,
