I am not a new member.  I have used you product for the last 3 years  Check your data base.   Did you pull my W2 from ADP data base that my employer used

Your refund isn't determined by how long you have used TurboTax but by the difference between the tax withheld from your income and the tax due.  

Verify that your W-2 data has imported by visiting the Wages & Income section and edit your Job (W-2) wages.  You must walk through these steps for the program to calculate.
