Why does Turbo tax think I should be paying Arkansas when I am a remote worker who lives in Missouri?

If you never physically worked in Arkansas, and no Arkansas taxes were withheld on your W-2, then in the Personal Info section of TT answer No to the question about having income from another state.

I am a Kansas employer but have an 2 employees that works mostly remote in Missouri and one in Arkansas. How am I supposed to deduct state taxes for them?
