Why do we pay for TurboTax only to not be able to file electronically due to the form 7206 XML Error

I want a refund, cannot file electronically due to a system BUG related to form 7206 and a missing XML file. This is totally unacceptable. Going to have to switch th HRB next year, this is rediculous.

What should I do if the IRS can't find a 2023 amended return I mailed in from Germany? I tried the online service. The amended return results in an additional refund.
