Why do my forms show DO NOT FILE? I received an email stating, “Your tax forms are ready. The wait is over!”. My 1040 has been submitted and accepted by the IRS.

You can only e-file a state tax return AFTER the federal tax return has been processed by the IRS.

Please revisit your state return after the 29th to verify the filing status. Please see below for details.

My question has nothing to do with a state tax return. Florida does not have a state tax.

You didn't indicate what state you were in.  The portion of my previous answer within the quotations applies to federal returns.
