Why do i keep getting asked to fix my box 14 when i filled it out as show on my W2?

i have railroad retirement tier 1 and tier 2 and railroad retirement medicare tax in box 14 and it keeps saying i filled out box 14 incorrectly even though all of those items were in box 14 on my W2

If you are getting a message about having paid too much railroad tier 1, then try adding an additional box 14 entry with the amount reported in box 1 using the drop-down code RR for Railroad Retirement Compensation. 

This should clear the error message.
