Why did Turbotax instruct me to printout and mail my state summary return which included a payment voucher if I chose to pay my state taxes owed using direct debit?

I don't want to pay TWICE!

You do not need to pay by mail and use the voucher if you paid electronically. The voucher prints automatically for all returns.
