Why did IRS take my payment twice

Need more info.

How do you know that the IRS accepted your payment twice? Are you seeing two deductions for the same amount from a bank account? Did you authorize one (or both) payments? Please post an update.

How do I request installment payment to TurboTax due to hardship? I would prefer chat line to set it up..no access to phone line range..thanks
