Tax Year Prior to 2020: Why can’t I file my MA taxes

According to TurboTax, some forms for MA are still not finalized yet, and will be finalized on 1/30/2020 which means if you have any of these forms on your state return you will need to wait until 1/30/2020 before the e-file will be available.
